Christine Kichler  MSW, RSW

Chris Kichler has a Master of Social Work degree and is a Registered Social Worker. Chris has worked in a variety of settings as a social worker, such as: The Children’s Aid Society, a Children’s Mental Health facility, and Community Health with a focus on developing nutrition programs for children. She taught for a number of years at Fanshawe College in the Developmental Services Program, preparing students to work with the developmentally challenged and their families. Presently, she is providing social work services to predominantly elderly and disabled individuals through the Community Care Access Center.

 

Chris has been an associate with Mike Fidler & Associates Inc. for five years providing counselling to individuals, adolescents, children and couples. Chris has a special interest in women’s issues, adolescents, separation and divorce and the toll it can take on family members, depression/anxiety, and grief counselling. Chris is a mother to two teenagers of her own and lives on a farm outside of Simcoe.
