Jessica Sarafinchin, MSW

Jessica Sarafinchin has a Master of Social Work degree, is a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers and is a Registered Social Worker. Jessica’s training has focused on working with older adults and their families to work through life transitions, disease process, and grief and bereavement. Previously, Jessica worked for the Alzheimer Society of London and Middlesex counselling families of those with dementia, facilitating support groups for families and those with early dementia, and providing education to families and the community.  Jessica has also spent time working with at risk youth at the Thamesvalley District School Board to provide counselling and support to students.  Currently, Jessica is providing social work services at Norfolk General Hospital to individuals and families. Jessica has a special interest in cognitive age related issues and the affect it has on individuals, couples, and families. Jessica is married, is the mother of a very active toddler, and lives in Tillsonburg.
