Personal Counselling

Personal Counselling is for clients within the areas of Simcoe, Brantford, Caledonia and Tillsonburg. As an individual, partner or family member, you will find assistance from our counsellors in finding solutions to your concerns or fears. Our counsellors are like minded, caring individuals skilled in methods of resolving conflict, finding tools for coping and change, and developing plans for moving forward with life. We will conduct a complete assessment of your emotional state of mind and work with you to determine the best course of action for resolving any areas of concern.

E-Counselling

E-Counselling is for people outside of our area or who prefer electronic communication.  This particular kind of health care communication makes it much less likely that you will forget what you wanted to tell your doctor or counselor. You can take your time and really define how you feel and what symptoms are bothering you without feeling like the health care professional is in too much of a hurry to listen. Clients often feel much less self-conscious with this type of medical session and are more apt to share very personal issues without worry.
